Established in 2024, we’re a non-profit organization that’s dedicated to improving the lives of healthcare workers and the patients they care for. We’re continuing the work we started 2016 as part of a joint initiative between the Royal College of Anaesthetists, the Association of Anaesthetists and the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine, work which has grown into a movement which has been embraced by healthcare workers across the UK and beyond.
